- Clean your Kansa tableware with a soft cloth and a mixture of Pitambari (metal polish) diluted with water, or use natural cleaners like lime and salt, vinegar and salt, or tamarind.
- Always dry your Kansa items immediately after cleaning to avoid water stains.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads, as they can damage the surface of the Kansa.

At Shribadri, we specialize in handmade and hand-painted products. To ensure the highest quality, each order may take up to 3-5 working days for processing and packing before being shipped. Please anticipate a delivery window of 5 to 10 business days for orders within India and 7 to 15 business days for international shipments. We dispatch standard shipping orders via India Post, Shiprocket, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Expedited Shipping:
If you have a specific date in mind for receiving your order, please contact us directly via email. We will confirm the availability of the item and inform you via email. Our team will keep you updated on whether the item can reach you within the requested time frame.
Shipping Confirmation:

Free Shipping Promotion:
All domestic prepaid orders are inclusive of the shipping. In COD we charge a minimal amount of Rs100/- for shipping.

Shipping Cost for Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to it not meeting your expectations, please note that the refund amount will not include the shipping cost. However, in the case of a replacement for a damaged item, Shribadri will bear the entire shipping cost for returning the damaged item and dispatching a fresh one.
