Standard Shipping:
At Shribadri, we specialize in handmade and hand-painted products. To ensure the highest quality, each order may take up to 3-5 working days for processing and packing before being shipped. Please anticipate a delivery window of 5 to 10 business days for orders within India and 7 to 15 business days for international shipments. We dispatch standard shipping orders via India Post, Shiprocket, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Expedited Shipping:
If you have a specific date in mind for receiving your order, please contact us directly via email. We will confirm the availability of the item and inform you via email. Our team will keep you updated on whether the item can reach you within the requested time frame.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This information will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of the order.
Free Shipping Promotion:
All domestic prepaid orders are inclusive of the shipping. In COD we charge a minimal amount of Rs100/- for shipping.
Return and Refund Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with exchanges or returns. Please refer to our detailed Return and Refund Policy for more information on the process.
Shipping Cost for Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to it not meeting your expectations, please note that the refund amount will not include the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the item. The refund will be processed once we receive the item, minus the shipping cost. However, in the case of a replacement for a damaged item, Shribadri will bear the entire shipping cost for returning the damaged item and dispatching a fresh one.
